We aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and affordably using trusted courier partners throughout South Africa and abroad.

These courier services allow door-to-door tracked delivery to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
2️⃣ Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (business days only).

Orders placed after 12:00pm (midday) or over weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We dispatch most parcels within 1–2 business days of receiving payment and stock confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

⏰ Please note: delivery times start once your parcel has been dispatched, not from the time you place your order.
4️⃣ International Shipping (DHL)
We currently ship selected items internationally using DHL & DHL Express.

Delivery timeframe: 7–30 business days (depending on destination)

Duties & taxes: All international shipments are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) — meaning the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their country.

Tracking: Full DHL tracking link will be emailed once dispatched.
5️⃣ Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred courier option.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within South Africa — these will be clearly displayed at checkout or on our homepage.
6️⃣ Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS containing:

A link to track your parcel on The Courier Guy, Fastway, or DHL’s tracking portals
You can also contact us if you need assistance tracking your order.
7️⃣ Delays, Address Errors & Delivery Issues
We do our best to meet stated delivery timeframes, but delays can occur due to:

Courier backlogs, strikes, or weather disruptions

Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses

Rural or remote delivery zones
If your parcel is delayed:

Track your order via the link provided.

If still unresolved, contact info@southeaster.co.za with your order number.
We’ll liaise directly with the courier to assist you.
8️⃣ Lost or Damaged Parcels
All shipments are packed securely.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable period, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the courier and, if necessary, send a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
